Wow!  It’s almost time for Margi and me to leave Florida for some cooler air, and the beautiful Lake Michigan shore we call home.   We got here in November and the time has just flown by.

Less than 3 weeks remain for us in Florida and then, we will head for Michigan with a stop-over in Corydon, IN (Greater Louisville, KY area).  There are a just a few more shows to do in Florida before we head north.  My last show of this Florida season will be on Sunday, May 17, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, at
Stump Pass Grill (I play there tomorrow, too).

On Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, I’m doing an afternoon solo show at Turtle Run Winery.  The day before that, on Saturday, I will be playing for a private affair at the home of long-time friend and, big supporter, Donn Blank.     On Memorial Day, we complete our drive home to Ludington, MI.

Please check the schedule as my last shows at Florida venues like the Waterside,  Harry’s, O’Leary’s and Stump Pass are coming up very fast, within the next 2 weeks.

SONGWRITING:

Have you ever wondered how a song starts and then, what kind of changes it may go through before it gets to the final stage that you hear?  I have some new original songs to share and you can get a taste for that process by listening to these early mixes and then, subsequent mixes along the way.  I posted one new tune online this week.  It’s now available for streaming at SoundCloud, FaceBook and ReverbNation.   These songs are still considered “works in progress”.  Nothing is final though, they are very close.  The recordings are considered rough mixes (like a document rough draft).  Hear an early solo mix, now.

A LOVE GONE BAD:

Thanks for listening to my original music!
